How to play the game
After you suit up, the object of the game is to push, shove, or just try your hardest to throw your opponent off balance so you can "splat" him or her as they do in the professional Japanese matches. Roll round on the mat with your partner, or if you have more than one set of suits, you can have a big pile on just to add some more colour to your fun. Remember, the object is to enjoy yourself.

The basic rules to follow are nobody of the following dispositions should take part:
Pregnant women
People with existing heart, neck or back conditions
Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs
You should always follow the following rules in addition to the above:
Fat-suits must be used only on the safety mat when centred in an area 2m clear of the mat on all sides
Participants must wear helmets
Shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges, etc. should be removed before fighting
Punching and scratching or generally playing nasty is not permitted
A fallen combatant must never be lifted by the head
Adults must not fight children (age 16 and under)
Male adults must not fight female adults
Sumo fat suit fighting must take place on the mat and overspill area, but this must not be sited on concrete, in a car park of similar area
This activity can take place on licensed premises but not in Nightclubs or premises holding late night extension where there is a dance floor and where dancing is permitted
Our standard delivery and collection times are:-
Delivery between 7am and 12 noon,
Collection between 4pm and 7pm.
After this we offer an overnight service for an additional £30 providing the area is totally secure, i.e. 6ft fences and locked gates.
