Terms and conditions

How we are working at solihull inflatables please make sure you are happy with terms before you book.

You must have a side gate to garden as we can not go through living spaces to deliver your castle.

All castles must be placed on grass not astro turf or hard flooring.

Castles are fine to go out in rain but not high winds, if high winds or gust speeds over 24mph were forecast we would arrange a alternative date with you to book.
You can check this on xc weather or met office, please check gust speeds!
Please note we can not refund if we need to cancel for this reason. We have no control over the weather but you can rebook a different date. Please be aware of this at the time of booking.

Castles will be thoroughly cleaned before each use.

When we collect we will need to clean the castle before rolling it away.

A non refundable deposit is required within 24hrs of booking via bank transfer.
Please note if you decide to cancel we can not refund deposits. The remaining balance must be paid on delivery by cash.

If you book a hire with us you agree to hiring a castle in a garden or hall booking, if government updates advise that bubbles or households should not mix this does affect your hire agreement. Your agreement is for your household at the time of booking. No refund will be given if your friends can not attend.

If you or your household have been told to isolate we will rearrange another date of hire as long as you send us proof that you or a member of your household are required to isolate, please note we will not refund. If you will not send proof via NHS or email from school we will cancel, we will not arrange another date in this case.

If any damage is made to our equipment while in your care you will charged for this.

Solihull inflatables has the right to change terms and conditions at anytime.

If you are happy with terms please let us know and we will book you in.
